Tara Studies and Practice
Tara, the embodiment of enlightened compassion and swift activity is revered throughout the Tibetan Buddhist tradition as a source of protection, healing and wisdom. Through recitation and contemplation of the 21 praises we cultivate devotion, compassion and courage on the path.
Theresa will lead us in studies of one of the 21 Taras each week.

Tara Prayers and Recitation
Green Tara is the swift and compassionate protector who liberates beings from fear and obstacles, especially those related to anxiety, danger, and inner turmoil. We recite the praises to the Twenty-One Taras. Rinpoche leads the practice via Zoom when he is available, from wherever in the world he finds himself.
